It’s said to have a 10-core CPU, including a 3.3 GHz prime core, two big cores at 2.75 GHz, five big cores at 2.36 GHz, and two efficiency cores at 1.8 GHz. The chipset is also expected to include the Xclipse 950 GPU based on AMD’s RDNA architecture, positioning it as Samsung’s top-tier in-house processor.
According to the latest information, mass production of the Exynos 2500 will begin in early 2025. Samsung is targeting a production total of 229.4 million smartphones that year.
