The centerpiece of the announcement is the long-awaited 2TB storage variant of the Xbox Series X. This model caters to players who demand extensive storage capacity for their growing game libraries. Additionally, Microsoft unveiled a limited-edition “Galaxy Black” version of the Series X, featuring a sleek metallic finish. Both the 2TB and Galaxy Black Series X models will be priced at $599.99 in the US and €649.99 in Europe.

Series S, the more affordable counterpart to the Series X, also received a stylish upgrade. For the first time, Microsoft will offer a “Robot White” variant of the Series S, sporting a clean, all-white design. This 1TB storage model will be available for $349.99 in the US and €349.99 in Europe.

Digital game enthusiasts are in for a treat as well. Microsoft introduced a digital-only version of the Xbox Series X with a white casing. This disc-less console eliminates the need for physical game discs and caters to players who prefer a fully digital library.

The standard black 1TB Xbox Series X remains available for purchase, while the black Series S will be limited to existing stock. Microsoft recommends pre-ordering the white Series S to avoid potential stock shortages.

Pricing for the new consoles in other regions, including yours, remains unconfirmed at this time. However, it’s safe to assume these models will be available for purchase alongside the US and European launch, aligning with the upcoming holiday season.

This announcement expands the Xbox Series X/S ecosystem, offering players more choices in terms of storage capacity, aesthetics, and physical versus digital preference. With the holiday season approaching, these new options are sure to be a welcome addition for gamers looking to upgrade or jump into the next generation of gaming.
