LATEST LEAKED REDMI NOTE 14 PRO
The latest leak gives us a deeper look at the device. It has the same squircle camera module seen in the sketches. With a silver ring around the camera housing, it looks beautiful and stands out. I also liked the fact that is not completely round, which would have made it look similar to many other phones available in the market.
Notably, the leaked image shows a resemblance to the Aurora Purple color available for the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus. It can also be seen that the Note 14 Pro seems to have a vegan leather finish and not a glossy back. However, likely, the phone will also come in glass-back versions.
That said, the Redmi Note 14 Pro gives a premium look in the leaked image. The phone is also expected to have hardware improvements. This includes a better processor; some reports suggested the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. For comparison, the Note 13 Pro had the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. Moreover, it is also expected to have a bigger battery that may exceed the 5,000mAh capacity. There is a recent trend in the smartphone market for a bigger battery of 5,500mAh. Hence, we may see Redmi jumping onto this trend with their next Note lineup. That said, we will have more concrete details once the series goes official. It is expected to be unveiled in September in China. The global launch may take place in Q4 2024 or even early next year.
