Indawo yokuphehla amandla i-VS1 iyingxenye yeProjekthi Enkulu ye-Aurora Energy ephinde ihlanganise umshayeli wesilinganiso segridi kachwepheshe wokugcinwa kwamandla okusekelwe e-Adelaide 1414 Degrees' SiBox ukugcina amandla ashisayo.
Lezi zinkampani ezimbili futhi zihlela ukwakha uhlelo lokugcina amandla ebhethri angu-140 MW/280 MWh esizeni, oluzohlanganiswa nendawo yokukhiqiza i-solar methanol ezosebenzisa ugesi kanye nokushisa okukhiqizwe iphrojekthi ye-VS1 ukuze kuphehlwe i-electrolyzer engu-10 MW.
Isimemezelo sezinkontileka zobunjiniyela siza ngemuva kokuthi i-Vast kanye ne-1414 ngesonto eledlule bememezele ukuthi sebeqalile izingxoxo zokuthola izintambo zokuxhumanisa amaphrojekthi ebhethri ahleliwe kanye ne-solar thermal kugridi.
U-Vast no-1414 bathi bangene eshidini lethemu ne-OZ Minerals Services, inkampani engaphansi kwe-BHP enkulu yezimayini ngenhloso yokuthola ukufinyelela entanjeni kagesi ehlinzeka ngezimayini i-Prominent Hill kanye ne-Carrapateena.
I-275 kV Hill-to-Hill Transmission Line ingeye-opharetha yenethiwekhi i-ElectraNet kodwa i-Oz Minerals iyikhasimende elilodwa, ngakho kufanele ibe yingxenye yanoma yisiphi isivumelwano.
